I had a birthday dinner here earlier this week, and both the food and service were phenomenal. The place was packed despite it being a Wednesday night, and the ambiance from the vibrant decor was extremely warm. Our 8-person group ordered dishes across the menu to share family style, and our favorite was the chicken momos prepared chili style. The taste and seasoning of the momo itself was similar to the water buffalo momo we ordered steamed (so we think that it's hard to go wrong with any of the momos), but the spicy tomato sauce and pan-seared cook for the chili preparation was a standout group hit. I appreciated that they were willing to let me bring a cake my sister had baked for me on short notice, and that they served the whole thing untouched instead of pre-slicing and keeping the leftovers. I've had negative experiences with this at different restaurants and was happy that they showed incredible courtesy and flexibility with this. Overall, I'm grateful to have discovered another Milpitas gem! The menu is more than diverse enough for everyone to find something they like, and the staff made it an unforgettable birthday night.

Cozy Kathmandu cuisine absolutely nails the Indo Chinese dishes. The Chilli chicken was fantastic - crispy, spicy and packed with flavor. Their Egg Chowmein is amazing...very authentic...not too much sauce or overwhelming...just right! Very close to the street style chowmein made in India. We also tried the extra hot butter garlic shrimp, and while it's not Indo-Chinese, it still tasted great. Chicken momos were average. Fast service. Highly recommended if you like spicy Indo Chinese fare!

This restaurant offers plenty of vegetarian options. Overall, the food leans towards the spicier side. The only mildly spiced dish we ordered for the kids was the Hakka noodles. Both the momos and thukpa had a good amount of heat. The steamed momos were delicious, while the chili momos were tasty but slightly chewy. We also tried the Veg Thali, which included rice, three vegetable dishes, salad, and pickle. While it was decent, the flavors didn't particularly stand out. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Thukpa--it's a must-try! Service was quite slow, even in the late afternoon, with each dish taking a long time to arrive. Our dessert from the Thali was nearly forgotten, and we had to take it to go. Overall, if you visit, make sure to try the Thukpa and momos!

You have to get the garlic naan and the goat curry. 5/5. The Momo is pretty good, but I would say those two stood far more!

Boy oh boy the Sekuwa was so good!!! Had the chicken and goat sekuwa and of course chicken momos. Everything was so good and flavorful, but the hero this time was the Sekuwa. Service good as always and this time there was live music. I don't know the music cause it's Nepali music but the guy did have a great Nepali version of Sweet Child of Mine. Truly mixing it up with those Guns 'n Roses vibes.

Solid spot for Nepalese food. Everything we got was good, except the Spinach paneer. It was my second time trying paneer, but the texture and taste isn't for me. I thought it was alright. However, I liked everything else! For the momos, we picked chili and water buffalo. I was a bit hesitant about eating buffalo, but it was good and didn't taste gamey. It reminded me of beef. I highly recommend getting the chili momos because of the flavors and the veggies. It's has a sweet, savory kick and wasn't too spicy. The garlic naan was great and I loved dipping it in the tikka curry. I don't remember the name, but this fried vegetable dish was super good! It was tasty and reminded me of kaarage from Japanese restaurants. This was my second time trying Kathmandu and my friends liked their experience. If I'm ever in the area again, I would eat here.

After a well spent Sunday evening at Sierra open space reserve, wifey and I were looking for dinner options and we found this authentic Nepalese cuisine in Milpitas. Truly best decision made to eat here as we both enjoyed the flavours of Nepal in this hidden gem I must say. As an avid traveler and foodie who has tasted Nepal cuisine in the city of Kathmandu itself and Thamel. I have been surprised by the authenticity of food I got from Kathmandu cuisine. So delicious and flavourful. We ordered Chicken THUKPA and Chicken Chili. Both dishes were truly worth it and value for money. The quantity was sufficient that one thukpa was enough for 2. Chicken chilli was worth appetiser. But THUKPA is a must try. My preggy wife can't eat momos at this time, so next time we are around , we will try their steamed momos and lunch thali. Very spacious and service was great. Top spot for savouring Nepal dishes. I will keep coming again.

What a vibe! So me and a coworker went for dinner. We placed a reservation, but when we got there, we were the only people in the restaurant. They have two options to order in the restaurant, one through the kiosk (which has pictures of all of the dishes which we did) and the traditional method of ordering with a physical menu. As for the food itself. It was sublime. The Chicken Momos are exceptional. The lollipop chicken was delicious. I definitely will be back to try both of these dishes and more. They have a karaoke bar and the restaurant feels like home. What a place! I rarely give 5 stars and this place won me over.
